Serdiukov for 14 April 1905 (his office stood on the corner of St George’s Avenue (now Gedimino prospektas) and Totorių St) containing the purchase agreement for a vacant plot of land on Little Pohulianka St (now K. Kalinausko St) transferring ownership to Józef Montwiłł.

Announcement of the registration of children for the Orphanage established at 8, Little Pohulianka St (now K. Kalinausko str.) by the Vilnius Children’s Care Society:

“The registration of children at the Society’s Orphanage will take place every day from 1/14 May, except for holy days from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the Society’s premises (8 Little Pohulianka St). The Orphanage has carpentry and blacksmith workshops supervised by specialist instructors”.

Front façade of the Vilnius Charitable Society’s building (23 Vilniaus St, Vilnius).

Pediment raised in the centre and divided by half columns and windows framed by archivolts and topped by three winged lion-griffin sculptures.

Artefacts produced by the Artisan Fayre organized by Montwiłł were sold in the Charitable Society building.

W. Michniewicz and A. Parczewski’s ‘Architekt’ Construction Bureau operated here in 1913.

The design was drafted by the engineer-architect Aleksander Parczewski, the copy was presented by the architect Wacław Michniewicz.
