Australian Lithuanian Days in Adelaide

During a procession from St. Francis Xavier Cathedral to Adelaide Town Hall, flags of Australian Lithuanian organizations are carried.

December 26, 1980

In earlier years, the community would open the Australian Lithuanian Days with a sports festival. Later, the program was revised: the opening day began with a solemn church service, followed by a flag procession to the hall where prominent Australian government and public figures – invited by the organizers – would gather.
